Grilled Salmon with Mango Avocado Salsa
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 ripe mango, diced
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Optional: pinch of chili flakes for heat
Instructions:
Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill or bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until cooked through.
While salmon cooks, combine mango, avocado, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and chili flakes in a bowl.
Spoon the salsa over the cooked salmon and serve with quinoa and steamed broccoli for a complete, nutrient-rich meal.
