Grilled Salmon with Mango Avocado Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 ripe mango, diced

  • 1 avocado, diced

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Optional: pinch of chili flakes for heat

Instructions:

  1. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Grill or bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until cooked through.

  3. While salmon cooks, combine mango, avocado, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and chili flakes in a bowl.

  4. Spoon the salsa over the cooked salmon and serve with quinoa and steamed broccoli for a complete, nutrient-rich meal.
