One Week Challenge

5 Day Cardio Challenge

Join me for a FREE 5 day cardio challenge! We will be learning two movements per day and building on the previous days' movements as the days go on. On the fifth day, we will put everything together in a full cardio workout. This challenge will be hosted in a private Facebook group. You will receive encouragement and accountability from all of the participants. Anyone can join, and there is no preparation required.
